Experience: Victoriana, Art Nouveau, Neo-Burlesque, tribalism and ancient mythology are all some of the influences Kimberlee Traub’s pen & ink creations. Exploring the spirit through symbolism, counter culture ideas, and all forms of creativity has become essential in the stylized lines of Kimberlee’s drawings. She currently resides in Philadelphia where she uses her degrees in illustration and computer graphics to explore her professional and personal interests. She has created art for many Gothic lifestyle related projects and has been involved in several art shows and galleries. Presently she is working in graphic production during the day and and conjuring illustrations for custom tattoos, indie publications/music labels, Gothic fashionistas and a variety of art for alternative events and clients by night. She has a small line of collectibles available as well as prints and original art for sale. Other past lives include being a gallery assistant, a body painter and working annually for local haunted houses as an actress, stage manager and set person. Most of her drawings are created with Rapidograph pen & ink pens unless otherwise indicated.
